Create message attribute

• This tool creates a new custom message attribute in Anypoint Partner Manager, such as an Event ID or Arrival Airport, for use in B2B transaction searches.
• The user provides a camelCase technical alias, a human-readable label, and whether the attribute should be searchable in the B2B transaction monitor.
• Returns the newly created attribute's id.
